What in my opinion is the best Alternative energy resource?

When I think about the best alternative energy resource I think, an energy that can bring the lest harm to our environment, available widely, very efficient, and is overall over throws cons to more pros rather. Ocean energy is more than 70%, which to me is a lot compared to energies such as solar, wind and etc. Ocean energy even though it has a very minor effect to the marine life, it isn't so much harmful to the environment, such as it doesn't cause pollution, no chemical gases and some of the devices isn't even on land so to create this powerful energy, it wouldn't harm citizens. Ocean energy is also very expensive at times but it's energy worth trying to me. Because In my opinion I think ocean energy is one of the best alternative energy sources and even though there are cons, there are cons in every other alternative energy source too no matter how amazing you think it is.
